FOR ALL!

This option is perfect if:

  • You live in a remote rural area, where there is no offer of Pilates classes

  • You work full time and it is difficult to attend a class in the studio.

  • You love to travel. I travel a lot for work and you want to keep your Pilates practice continuous.

  • You are a mother and you want to reintegrate movement into your busy life.

STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR SPACE

  • Find a quiet and safe space to move, more or less 2m to 2m.

  • Rollout your mat on the floor

  • Keep a cushion or folded towel within reach - to support your head

  • Turn up the lights. Good lighting will improve how I see you and the possibility to correct you better.

  • Position your computer, tablet or phone far enough to see your entire body.

STEP 2: PREPARE YOUR TECHNOLOGY

  • We use ZOOM video conferencing for our private live class.

  • Be sure to download the latest version of the app from the official pre-class download center: https://zoom.us/support/download. so you can start your class on time.

  • After booking your class, you will receive a confirmation email with information to join the webinar = class. Please do not share that information, it is your personal access.

  • 5 minutes before the class, press the link and you will enter your virtual class.

  • Make sure the battery on your computer is loaded before class.

STEP 3: PREPARE YOUR BODY

  • Choose comfortable clothing for movement, better fitted than too loose, better light than dark. This allows me to better see your alignment when moving.
